Bukit Batok HDB

Bukit Batok got it name from the Malay words, Bukit (hill), which corresponds to the hilly nature of the region, and Batok, which some thought was an adaptation of ‘batu’ – Malay for granite. Bukit Batok is home to an estimated 114,000 HDB residents, and within the town, we manage 40,612 flats (as of 31 March 2018). Bukit Batok started as a satellite HDB town started in 1980s. It has since developed into a self-sufficient town with shopping centres, nature park, stadium, clubhouses, and an industrial park, making it a cohesive living environment for work and play.

Bukit batok estate comprises 99 years, 999 years and freehold condominium. The 99 years condominium are mainly located near the HDB flats. Some of them older condo that are build in the late 1980s to 1990s are Guilin View to Parkview Apartment. The Dew and The Pearl are build in the 2000s. The newer condo are Hillview Peak and Le Quest.

Bukit batok landed homes are situated at the Pavilion in the North, to Burgundy in the South. To Hillview Garden Estate in the East. Burgundy are mainly semi-detached homes on 99 years tenure.
